Much is still unknown about achieving equitable systems transformation. To support practice improvement, the Forum will help members form Practice Groups comprised of thought leaders, practitioners, funders and community leaders. These Groups will develop new practices (and deepen existing ones) to help advance work in key topics e.g., Racial Equity, Power Sharing, and Measurement.
Networks will form around each group to receive its work product, and smaller Communities of Practice form to apply the practices with peer-learning and coaching from thought leaders. The Forum will also help Practice Groups cross fertilize their knowledge and apply practices through the Forum’s co-funding and action platforms. If you are interested in joining a practice group, network, or community of practice, contact us to learn more.
